It is said that aging is one of the great challenges of the 21st century (Archbishop Vincenzo Paglia). It is and it is not. There is a higher truth. The higher truth is that aging is motion and there is a very good reason for motion (or why 'all is flux' - Heraclitus). Without motion there would be no life. In fact. Life is the result of self not wanting to be by itself and the purpose of self is companionship otherwise known as love which can only be experienced by being in constant motion. What it means scientifically speaking? It's all about companionship really; companionship, friendship, love.
