There is no fear in love, but perfect love casts out fear. For fear has to do with punishment, and whoever fears has not been perfected in love.While the above is true, the following holds equally true:
Perfect knowledge casts out all fearand with perfect knowledge it is meant knowing not only who we are but why we are. Who we are is the eternal one (the father and the son are one) and why we, the one, are or is (diverse or different in life) is companionship otherwise known as love. Hence we return to 1 John 4:18 and see in the similarities in divine understanding and why it is said in John 13:34-35 "A new command I give you: Love each other".
